2. Position Overview – HR Manager
The HR Manager plays a key role in building, managing and optimizing SAGOMED’s overall people system, including:
- Talent Recruitment
- Training & Talent Development
- Compensation & Benefits
- Employee Relations
- Company Culture
- Legal & Policy Compliance
- This role directly contributes to building a high-performance organization and nurturing a corporate culture aligned with SAGOMED’s four core values: Quality – Innovation – Commitment – Results.
3. Key Objectives
- Build and operate a transparent, professional and scalable HR system
- Ensure timely and sufficient supply of high-quality talent for all departments
- Create a positive, collaborative and growth-oriented work environment
- Provide strategic HR advisory and support to the CEO and Leadership Team on people management
4. Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Apply the Rule of 3 and SWAN framework throughout the hiring process
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for key positions (Sales, Product, Technical, Administration, Management, etc.)
- Build and maintain a Talent Pool and recruitment analytics
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and a consistent employer brand image
- Develop and strengthen the company’s employer brand in line with its mission, core values and target culture
B. Learning & Development
- Develop the company’s annual training plan and programs (internal and external)
- Build competency frameworks and career development paths for each position; collaborate with Department Heads to annually restructure job roles based on objectives and employees’ strengths
- Work with Department Heads to design development programs for successor pipelines and core talent
- Implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs
C. HR Policies & Systems
- Develop, review and standardize HR policies, SOPs and internal guidelines
- Manage KPI/OKR systems and performance appraisal processes
- Develop incentive schemes tied to objectives and team performance
- Manage employee records, labor contracts, HR data and related documents
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, personal income tax and internal regulations
- Oversee and operate office administration activities: digital office management, general administration and facilities management
D. Company Culture & Employee Engagement
- Implement culture-building activities aligned with SAGOMED’s core values
- Organize surveys, assessments and initiatives to enhance employee engagement; manage internal events and culture communications
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Coordinate internal and external training programs for employees
E. HR Operations, Compliance & Risk Management
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Plan and manage HR and administrative budgets, and optimize costs
- Provide strategic HR advice to the CEO and Leadership Team
5. Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Age 35–50 years old.
- MBA or professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, CHRM, Talent Development, etc.) are preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including 5+ years in roles such as HR Manager, Talent Development Manager, or equivalent people-development leadership positions.
- Preferably with experience in fast-paced industries such as medical devices, healthcare, technology, IT, FMCG, and with extensive hands-on experience in recruitment, training, and culture-building based on modern HR management practices.
- Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, corporate culture development, competency frameworks, talent development, organizational development, and labor law.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent negotiation, coaching and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English (reading – writing – speaking)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), HRM tools and AI applications
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
